A Whole New Menu - Baja Malibu Bar and Grill

Rack of Barbeque Ribs at Baja malibu Bar and Grill
For dinner in Rosarito this summer in Baja Malibu everyone is talking about the new menu at the Baja Malibu Bar and Grill.   Baja Coast dinning is the perfect get-a-way for southern Californians.

The romantic bar and grill at Baja Malibu just south of the U.S. border has been around for a long time.  Sure they have great live rock and roll on Friday and Saturday, D.J. music all week and a fully stocked bar; now the menu rivals Applebees, El Nido, or any other eatery in Rosarito.

How about a whole rack of ribs, a boneless rib-eye steak,  skewers of fillet mignon, coconut shrimp with pineapple sauce, or a grilled chicken breast for dinner;  all served with a salad and or beans and a baked potato.  Appetizers include grilled a chicken breast salad, nachos with meat, barbecue corn, or a chefs salad and more.   Three specialty hamburgers, a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich, ham, turkey breast, and cheese club sandwich and chili hot dogs are also included for lunch or for the kids.

That' not all, for desert it's your choice of funnel cakes fried oreos, fried twinkies, ice cream cones, chocolate sundaes and banana splits.

The best part is the prices, which are extremely modest.  Add the killer view of the Pacific Ocean, the ambiance, the English speaking staff, it's location right on the Esenica ( toll road ) from Tijuana to Rosarito just 14 miles from the border, and Baja Malibu Bar and Grill is the perfect place for dinner or lunch on the Baja coast.

For Young People - Rosarito Spring Break
